High-speed, multi-axis machining centers built for tight tolerance manufacturing. Capable of handling high-volume batch runs and custom one-off industrial parts up to 600mm diameter.

Heavy Turning & Hydraulics

Introduction to CNC

Offers an introduction to important areas of CNC, helping students make informed choices for future courses. Covers fundamentals of turning, milling, and quality control.

Advanced Lathe Programming

Teaches students to program a lathe using various programming cycles and sub-programs. Learn to optimize speeds, feeds, and choose the appropriate tool radius direction (G41 and G42 codes).

Quality Control

Teaches quality control for material production as a pre-requisite for Basic Programmer and Practical Setter Courses, ensuring products are made to strict blueprint standards.

Basic Milling

Basic Operator & Programmer
